The Toronto Police Service has arrested a wanted fugitive for a homicide investigation.
On Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 11:39 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Cinemart Drive and Milner Avenue area.
It is reported that:
- a man was located in a parking lot, suffering from a gunshot wound
- officers commenced life-saving measures
- the man was transported to hospital by paramedics where he was pronounced deceased
The victim was identified as Craig MacDonald, 43, of Toronto.
Abilaziz Mohamed, 32, of Toronto, was arrested and charged:
1. First Degree Murder
He is scheduled to appear in court virtually at Toronto East Court, 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, 10 a.m.
