Dorian Orr Trial to Start
A man once on Savannah's most wanted list for murder is going to trial. Dorian Orr is accused of killing Michael Grant on May 17, 2003.
Police say Orr shot grant [sic] to death in Fred Wessels Homes, near Wilder and Avery Streets. After the shooting Orr fled to New York, but a fugitive squad found him.
Grant was one of four people killed in a five-day period. Former Savannah rapper Camoflauge was among them. Police believe Orr may have been involved in some of those cases, but he is only charged with Grant's death.
The trial will start Monday morning.
