Suspect in February Homicide Surrenders to Virginia Beach Police
A man wanted in connection with a homicide in Virginia Beach turned himself in at police headquarters Thursday afternoon.
Joseph Muhammad Davis, 22, of the 3700 block of Windlass Circle, turned himself in around 4:45pm.
Davis is facing first degree murder and use of a firearm charges in connection with the February 17th homicide of James Anthony Hagans. Jr.
Hagans' body was found behind a ho
se on Orangewood Drive. Police say he had been shot to death.
Davis is being held without bond in the Virginia Beach city jail.
