Shocking video footage shows a wild mob of Texas students attacking an assistant principal who tried to break up a fight — leaving her so badly beaten that she was rushed to a hospital, unable to speak, according to her family.
The now-viral footage was filmed last Thursday as two ninth-graders started brawling in a hallway at Westfield High School in Houston, officials confirmed to The Post.
It shows screaming students encouraging the duo to fight, with many filming on their phones and one girl even jumping for joy as the pair throw wild haymakers at each other.
The chaotic clips then show someone in a pink blazer racing in to try to stop the fight — quickly shielding herself as onlookers appear to throw punches and swarm in even closer.
“Bitch! Bitch!” one person can be heard hollering as the woman is pushed to the floor, swarmed by a mob of students. “Everybody kick the ho!”
Another clip catches the screams of someone seemingly pinned on the floor. The school board confirmed that “a staff member who was attempting to intervene and stop the altercation was injured.”

“It broke my heart. It makes me want to cry,” one teacher told KPRC 2 News.

“Three or four other kids jump in on her and just pummel her to the ground, and they are kicking her and pulling her hair,” said the teacher, who was too scared to be identified.

The beaten assistant principal — who was not identified — was rushed to a hospital with excruciating head pain, her dad told the local outlet. She was at least initially unable to talk and will need a CT scan, he said.

The assistant principal “loves those kids,” her shocked colleague said.

“She is the nicest person. She’s the best administrator that we have at Westfield High School.”

A rep for Spring Independent School District stressed that the battered staffer “was never the intended target of the altercation.”

“The staff member was injured as a result of trying to de-escalate the situation,” the rep said, confirming that she was “transported to a nearby hospital for treatment” and released later that evening.

“We are currently conducting a full investigation of all students involved, some of whom already have been identified for disciplinary action,” the district spokesperson said.

“It is possible that additional students may be identified for disciplinary consequences,” said the rep. Those punishments could include going through Texas’ Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program, which can lead to expulsion if not adhered to.

“We take the safety of our students and staff very seriously, and there will be no tolerance for any altercations or disruptions to learning at any of our schools.”

Those assurances were not accepted by the teacher who spoke to KPRC 2 News.

“When you call for help to the front office, nobody ever shows up,” said the teacher, who claimed the entire campus only has two officers.

“We don’t feel safe. Faculty don’t feel safe and … If the parents knew how unsafe the inside of the school is, they would be upset.”
