KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A morning carjacking ended up in a family's front lawn early Wednesday morning, police said.
Police chased the car around Midtown after it was reportedly taken in an armed carjacking about 11 p.m.
There were five people involved in the carjacking at East 11th and Cleveland Avenue, police said.
But, only two suspects were in the car when police caught up with it near East 43rd Street and Campbell Avenue about 1 a.m. Police said the driver ended up in someone's front yard, narrowly missing the
home. Police said one of the suspects tried to hide from officers in the mud and weeds. (Well he must've blended in)
The person carjacked was not hurt, officers said. Police are still investigating.
