Port Arthur — Port Arthur police say a shooting suspect is in custody in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Lafayette police caught Eric Martin, 38, and they're holding him for PAPD.
He's accused of shooting a man in the back Monday afternoon in the 1600 block of Vicksburg Avenue. The victim was taken to CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Police considered Martin armed and dangerous when they released information about the shooting.
