Authorities raided David Pippen's Germantown (Coontown) home after an undercover buyer found a backyard full of sick dogs.

The SPCA said it has bought puppies from Pippen over the past 11 years. They said every one had health problems.

On Wednesday, police raided Pippen's house and removed 15 sick dogs and one dead one.

The rescued animals are Airedale Terriers.

Investigators said all were living in unsanitary conditions and they had no shelter and little food.

Veterinarians said the dogs are expected to recover.
