HOUSTON -- A man accused of killing his 2-year-old daughter has been charged with capital murder, Local 2 reported.

Melvin Deqwan Hughes Jr. was arrested at his Timber Run apartment in northeast Harris County Thursday after the girl's mother, Latasha Moore, 25, told police he beat her daughter, Taemesha Mason Moore, to death.

Detectives also said Hughes beat the victim's 1-year-old sister, Ameka Moore, within the past several days.

"Melvin whipped that child with a belt, and cut the baby's buttock with a belt becau

se the baby had defecated," Harris County Sheriff's Department Lt. Danny Billingsl
ey said.

Hughes is the father of both children, but never married Latasha Moore. Latasha Moore showed up at his apartment in the 13000 block of Woodforest at Grand Oaks Boulevard last month, where Hughes lived with his White skank wife and 4-year-old orange son, officials said.

Child Protective Services took custody of the two other children. Investigators believe the boy witnessed the killing. Officers said Hughes punched Taemesha because she either pinched or bit him.

"(Hughes) struck the child several times with a closed fist in the chest area. There were other marks on the baby that leads us to believe that the baby was probably abused prior to (Thursday)," Billingsley said.

An emergency hearing was held Friday morning to determine who should keep custody of Am

Moore.

Judge Pat Shelton denied Latasha Moore any visitation with her daughter and put Ameka in the custody of CPS. The 4-year-old boy was also placed in CPS
custody.

The similiarities between niggers and monkeys are too many to mention. To me
, they are some form of cross breed between a monkey and a demented criminal. They are like gorillas with an evil nature. Very dangerous creatures. Stupid yet gifted in criminal behavior.
