The sheriff’s office said a case against Jackson has been presented to the prosecutor’s office who will “provide a determination on the scope and breadth of the felony charges” that Jackson will face in the alleged incident, Clark County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Kristopher Shultz said in a media release. Investigators did not detail the charges Jackson might be charged with.

Deputies said an investigation was launched Tuesday after they were made aware of the photo, which shows a man with his knee on the back of a child’s neck. The child appears to be crying in the photo while a second person holds the child’s hands behind their back. The photo’s caption read “Blm now.”

Investigators made contact with the child, their mother, and Jackson. The child was transported to an area hospital for examination, however they did not suffer any injuries from the incident deputies said.

“Subsequent interview with the mother revealed that she was unaware of the photo having been taken, or its contents, until she had been informed by other parties,” Shultz said.

Black Posts Photo of Himself Kneeling on Neck of Girlfriend’s White Son, Black Teacher Says to Kill the Child

Andrew Anglin July 23, 2020

I keep telling you that they want to kill us, but for some reason, it doesn’t seem to be sinking in. A recent situation that unfolded on social media might help you with that.

In a photo uncovered on Facebook by the Red Elephants’ Vincent James, an individual who was identified as Isaiah Jackson of Ohio posted a photograph of himself kneeling on the neck of a white toddler while another black held the toddler on the floor. The caption read “Blm now mf.”

The screaming toddler whose neck he was kneeling on was apparently the son of his white girlfriend. It’s rather easy to imagine the story here: the woman went out of the house, leaving this step-father figure with the white son, and he decided to make a “funny” picture for social media.

Apparently, after the man’s account was identified and many people called the police on him, he was arrested.

Although people on Facebook are claiming he has been charged over the photo, local media WHIO reports that after receiving calls about the photo, they went to the house to check on the child and arrested the man simply for a probation violation, and that no charges have been filed in relation to the photo at this time.

The Clarke County Sheriff’s Office said that they are looking into charging the man over the photo.

This situation has been ongoing for several days, but it has yet to be featured on any national media. We of course wouldn’t expect the mainstream Jewish outlets to report on a black man torturing a white child, but it is notable that neither Fox News nor Breitbart have found this story important enough to report on.

While the photo was still up, a black teacher from Atlanta named Brian Papin commented on the photo, calling for the man standing on the child’s neck to “lean into it until death.”

If Papin is ever questioned about this by his employer, he will certainly say he was just joking. I’m sure there was some element of joking to it. I’ve made morbid political jokes before.

However, when you see a child being tortured, and you decide to respond by publicly making a joke about killing the child, you’ve gone to a pretty dark place.

Georgia teacher quits after saying 'lean into it until DEATH

https://meaww.com/georgia-teacher-b...aiah-jackson-kneel-2-year-old-neck-lean-death

DEKALB COUNTY, GEORGIA: A DeKalb County School District special education teacher resigned after he made disparaging comments on a social media post, lending his support to a man kneeling on a child's neck that was reminiscent of George Floyd's murder.

Brian Papin, a Cedar Grove High School teacher, is being investigated after his comments posted underneath the photo were reported to the district's administrators, according to a spokeswoman who spoke to the Daily Mail on Friday, July 24. "Again! Your (sic) doing it wrong!" Papin wrote on the social media post with the image. "One knee on center of the back one on the neck and lean into it until death! You saw the video!" he added, in reference to footage taken by a bystander when Floyd died.

The photo, captioned, "BLM now mf," showed the child pinned to the ground by two persons; one having a knee on the child’s neck and another person holding the toddler's hands behind his back. "Get it right or stop f****** around!" Papin also remarked in the post.

"DeKalb County School District (DCSD) administrators were made aware of the disturbing social media posts on July 22, 2020," the spokeswoman said. "The teacher has resigned and is no longer employed with DCSD. There is no place for racism and abuse in our school district."

We reported earlier that the Ohio man seen kneeling on the neck of a 2-year-old child was arrested, authorities revealed on Thursday. The man Isaiah Jackson, 20, was booked into jail on a probation violation after the Clark County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation into the picture. Authorities were able to find where the incident had taken place and made contact with Jackson, the child, and the child's mother.

The 20-year-old was later taken into custody after investigators found that he had a parole authority hold from the State's Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, authorities said. As reported by NY Post, the child was taken to hospital but had not suffered from any injuries. The authorities also shared that the child's mother was not aware of the incident until an investigation had started.

"Detectives continue to investigate, and are continuing to compile evidence related to several other persons who were directly involved," the deputies said in the released sheriff's office statement. "The Investigations Bureau of the Clark County Sheriff's Office has prepared the case against the male subject shown in the photo." Detectives said they are now "awaiting the Office of the County Prosecutor to provide a determination on the scope and breadth of the felony charges that will be supported by that office for presentation in court."
The exact charges that Jackson will face have not yet been specified by the officials. As of Thursday afternoon, Jackson is in custody, jail records have revealed. The Clark County Sheriff's Office revealed that they had handed Jackson's case and picture to the prosecutor's office. He is currently being held without bond and his next court appearance has not been listed.

According to The Sun, the picture and stunt are said to be a part of a 'George Floyd Challenge' which is circulating around social media. People have been mimicking the actions of former Minneapolis cop, Derek Chauvin. Chauvin had knelt on the neck of 46-year-old Floyd for almost nine minutes despite the latter pleading for his life and saying that he could not breathe.

Brian Papin Cedar Grove High School Special Ed Teacher Details

According to his LinkedIn page, Brian has been a special ed teacher at Cedar Grove High School since July 2018.

Numerous calls were reported to DCSD (DeKalb County School District) leaders about “the disturbing social media post associated with a district teacher.” The district confirmed the news shortly after on July 23.
