KEY POINTS

  • FBI agents were ordered not to look at the contents of Hunter's laptop: Sen. Johnson
  • Citing whistleblowers, the senator said the FBI refused to 'change the outcome of the election again'
  • He is now calling the Inspector General Horowitz to take action
FBI agents were told not to pursue an investigation regarding a laptop that President Joe Biden's son Hunter had apparently abandoned at a computer repair store in Delaware, according to whistleblower claims made public by Sen. Ron Johnson on Wednesday.
In a letter to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, Sen. Johnson, R-Wis., said that "individuals with knowledge" had contacted his office and told them about the FBI slow-walking the laptop investigation after it was recovered in Delaware in December 2019.
"Recently, my office heard from individuals with knowledge of the FBI's apparent corruption. After the FBI obtained the Hunter Biden laptop from the Wilmington, DE computer shop, these whistleblowers stated that local FBI leadership told employees, 'you will not look at that Hunter Biden laptop,'" Johnson wrote in the letter.
The Wisconsin Republican also added that the whistleblowers told his office that the FBI said it was "not going to change the outcome of the election again," a reference to the bureau reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email system during her time as a Secretary of State. The investigation was reopened just days before the 2016 election.
In the letter, Johnson said the whistleblowers had told his office that the FBI did not begin examining the contents of Hunter's laptop until after the end of the 2020 presidential election. He is now calling on Inspector General Horowitz to take action.
"I hope you understand that the longer your office stands on the sidelines and delays investigating the FBI's actions, the harder it will be for you to uncover the truth and hold individuals accountable for wrongdoing," Johnson stated in the letter. "The American people deserve transparency and expect allegations of government corruption to be fully and immediately investigated."

Johnson's letter to Horowitz comes a month after Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, wrote an official Senate letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland where he said "highly credible whistleblowers" had claimed that the FBI and Justice Department were burying "verified and verifiable" dirt on Hunter Biden by dismissing them as "disinformation." Grassley added that such action continued at least until October 2020.

The Biden crime family made millions in Ukraine performing nefarious and criminal activities including espionage.
TGP reported on Thursday that the Bidens were using classified information to the benefit of the Hunter Biden family business.

Miranda Devine provided one email that appeared to include classified material from the US government.
TRENDING: EXCLUSIVE: SECOND Hunter Biden Email from Laptop WITH CLASSIFIED INFORMATION Uncovered - And More Are Coming

TGP determined that this information from the 22-point email came from the US State Department and it was classified. This email included this classified information and Hunter had no security clearance or reason to have this information.
This was not the first time Hunter Biden had access to classified information.
Today we have another email showing more Biden family crimes.
A second email on Hunter’s laptop shows that Hunter Biden had access to classified information and used it to the Biden family’s financial advantage.

Please Note: This email is original source data taken directly from the Hunter Biden laptop computer by the investigator working with John Paul Mac Isaac. This is the only source of the verifiable content for the Hunter Biden laptop. The chain of custody is known and complete. This is the only source that has chain of custody verification, has been authenticated and came from the original image from the Hunter Biden laptop.
The Biden’s were asked to obtain visas for Burisma executives to travel to the US in early November of 2015. In a response to the request, Hunter Biden and Devon Archer reached out to a friend with ties to the US Deep State, John Sandweg.
John Sandweg worked as the Acting Director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from August 2013 to February 2014. Sandweg had a short tenure working in this role for the Obama administration.

Sandweg was happy when the Biden gany replaced the Trump administration and expressed his happiness that habitual liar Alejandro Mayorkas was taking over Homeland Security.
John Sandweg, a former Homeland Security Department official in the Obama administration, said his former colleagues still in government told him there is a hopeful atmosphere as Trump officials made way for their Biden replacements.
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” said Sandweg. “There is a very palpable sense of excitement that [DHS Secretary-designate Alejandro] Mayorkas is coming back. It’s not tied to policy or politics. It’s a management and leadership issue.”
In the email string below taken from the Hunter laptop, Sandweg emailed Eric Schwerin at Rosemont Seneca (Hunter Biden’s firm) on November 2, 2015. Sandveg relayed information on one of the individuals from Burisma for whom Hunter was trying to get a visa for was Mr. Zlochevskyi.
Sandweg in his email says that he obtained a search:

…from the Department of Homeland Security and Customs databases did not reveal any prohibitions on Mr. Zlochevskyi ability to enter the United States. Unfortunately, after receiving the initial report, I suspected that the individual I asked to run the search only queried DHS/Customs databases and not State Department databases. As such, I asked another individual to query both databases. This search revealed the cancellation of the visa and the legal basis for the cancellation.
Sandweg includes two attachments, one of which is labeled “Zlochevski Visa Denial”.

Schwerin shared this information with Burisma, Hunter, and Devon Archer.

Here are the problems with what was revealed in this email.

  1. Sandweg worked for Homeland Security and Customs last in 2014 and this email was from November 2015.
  2. Sandweg obtains information from the Department of Homeland Security and Customs databases which he should not have access to. He may have a security clearance but this would not grant him access to the systems. The information that he obtained on the visa application denial is classified.
  3. Sandweg shares the classified visa information with Hunter’s firm which is not a government agency.
  4. Hunter’s firm shares the classified information that he never should have had with Burisma, a foreign company – this is espionage.

The night before an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) criminal investigation team began looking into Hunter Biden’s tax crimes was set to conduct key interviews and approach Hunter for a consented search of his home, FBI headquarters allegedly tipped off “people very close to President Biden and Hunter Biden,” thwarting the investigation, according to a whistleblower testimony to the House Ways and Means Committee released Thursday.
Starting in January 2020, IRS criminal supervisory special agent and whistleblower Gary Shapley and his team of agents began investigating Hunter Biden for tax evasion after incriminating material was found on Hunter’s infamous laptop. “I am alleging, with evidence, that DOJ provided preferential treatment, slow-walked the investigation, did nothing to avoid obvious conflicts of interest in this investigation,” Shapley told the committee.

One such instance of “preferential treatment” occurred before Shapley and his team’s “day of action,” where they were set to conduct 12 important interviews across the county and seek a “consent search of Hunter Biden’s residence” after nearly a year of investigating Hunter. The DOJ had already denied the IRS team a search warrant, despite “probable cause,” so the investigators were relying heavily on the interviews and a potential consent search.
On December 3rd, five days before the team’s planned “day of action,” they met with Delaware United States Attorney David Weiss and Assistant United States Attorney Lesley Wolf for 12 hours. During the meeting, Wolf told the team that she did not want them to ask the interviewees about Hunter’s father or references to “the big guy.” Wolf reportedly stated there was “no specific criminality to that line of questioning.”
At the meeting, the team devised “a plan for the FBI Los Angeles special agent in charge to reach out at 8 a.m. on December 8th to the Secret Service Los Angeles special agent in charge [of Hunter’s security detail] and tell them that we would be coming to the residence to seek an interview with Hunter Biden and that it was part of an official investigation.”
The night before the investigation, however, Shapley was told that “FBI headquarters had notified Secret Service headquarters and the transition team” about the day of action. “This essentially tipped off a group of people very close to President Biden and Hunter Biden and gave this group an opportunity to obstruct the approach on the witnesses,” said Shapley.

After the FBI interference, the agents were told that “the Secret Service protectees” would be given the phone numbers of Shapley and FBI Supervisory Special Agent Joe Gordon, and “the subjects” would call the agents if they felt like talking to them.
“SSA Gordon and I waited in the car outside of Hunter Biden’s California residence waiting for a phone call,” said Shapley. “It was no surprise that the phone call SSA Gordon received was from his ASAC Alfred Watson, who informed us that Hunter would contact us through his attorneys.”
Later that morning, the men received a call from Hunter’s attorneys, “who said he would accept service for any document requests, but we couldn’t talk to his client. The public news of our investigation hit the press the next day.”
“I can’t know for certain whether FBI’s advance notice played a role or not, but of the 12 interviews we hoped to conduct on our day of action, we only got one substantive interview,” said Shapley. “It was with Rob Walker in Arkansas, and it was exactly the sort of interview we expected to have if the FBI hadn’t tipped off Secret Service and the transition team,” he continued. Walker is a Biden associate who allegedly used his LLC to funnel money from the Chinese to Biden family members.

According to Shapley, the investigation into Hunter wasn’t even allowed to begin “due to the coming election,” with “Deputy Attorney General Donoghue issu[ing] a cease and desist of all overt investigative activities.” Even when the IRS team was allowed to investigate, they were obstructed every step of the way by DOJ higher-ups. “[W]hatever the motivations, at every stage decisions were made that had the effect of benefiting the subject of the investigation,” said Shapley.
Shapley’s testimony reveals the DOJ not only interfered in the 2020 election when it encouraged Big Tech to censor the knowingly-legitimate Hunter Biden laptop story, but they also interfered by thwarting investigations, preventing agents from making any inquiries into “the big guy,” and shielding the Bidens from the consequences of their criminal activity.
