A creep wearing a teddy bear T-shirt allegedly raped and robbed a woman in East Harlem this week, cops said.
The man began harassing a 21-year-old woman at East 111th Street and Second Avenue around 1:40 a.m. Monday and made unwanted advances, according to police.
The victim ran off – but the sicko ran after her, authorities said.
The creep first approached the woman and made unwanted advances, police said. NYPDHe then grabbed her and raped her, before snatching the bag off her shoulder and her cell phone from her hand, cops said.
He fled eastbound on East 111th Street, police said.
The NYPD released photos of the creep, describing him as about 20 to 25 years old, with a light complexion.
The sick crime happened at East 111 Street and Second Avenue, cops said. Google MapsHe wore a black T-shirt with a teddy bear design, and carried a black backpack, along with what appeared to be a Target tote bag.
He was still on the loose Tuesday.
