Tampa man charged with animal cruelty

Tampa, Florida -- A Tampa man faces charges of cruelty to animals and confinement without food and water.

Hillsborough Animal Services spokesperson Marti Ryan said an anonymous tipster alerted them that Greene wasn't caring for his dogs.

Greene, 27, was arrested Tuesday. According to the sheriff's office, he has since bonded out of jail.

The animals are in the care of Hillsborough Animal services.
