A married teacher in Australia has been charged with sexual intercourse with a child under her care after allegedly having sex with a student in the back of her car.

Tayla Brailey, 30, was arrested at Lurnea High on Tuesday and charged with sexual intercourse with a child under her authority, sexually touching a child under her authority, and aggravated sexual assault of a child under her authority.

According to bombshell court documents, the newlywed broke down when detectives arrived at the southwest Sydney school where she works and became hysterical.

She allegedly said: “I am going to jail, aren’t I? I’m going to lose my family, my husband, my job.”

According to the Daily Telegraph, new details about Brailey’s alleged crimes were aired in court.

Police allege that Brailey sent videos to the 17-year-old of herself masturbating and that she bought the morning-after pill after an alleged sexual encounter.

The alleged affair with the student started when the boy added Brailey on Snapchat and the pair began exchanging messages in early July.

“The accused [allegedly] sent a number of photographs and videos of herself both naked and while she was masturbating herself,” the police facts state.

“The victim also returned a number of photographs and videos of himself.”

Brailey then invited the teen to her North Wollongong home, where she allegedly kissed him before taking him to an upstairs room and masturbating him.

Around a week later, Brailey was on duty at school when she contacted the teen and told him she was free for an hour.

The Wisconsin teacher busted for allegedly “making out” with an 11-year-old student in her classroom has been slapped with more charges — and could spend the rest of her life in prison, if convicted.

Madison Bergmann, 24, now faces nine additional felonies — one count of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, five charges of sexual misconduct by school staff, two charges of child enticement causing mental or bodily harm, and a charge of exposing a child to harmful materials, according to an amended complaint filed last week.

The former fifth-grade teacher at River Crest Elementary School was previously charged with first-degree sexual assault of a child.

According to the criminal complaint, Bergmann’s alleged abuse of the 11-year-old boy came to light when the student’s mother overheard her son talking to the teacher on the phone. Suspicious, the parents checked the boy’s phone and allegedly found salacious texts between the pair.

The deranged text chain included messages from Bergmann allegedly discussing multiple encounters inside the Hudson, Wis., classroom during lunch or after school. She allegedly told the child how much she enjoyed him touching her and “making out.”

Some of the alleged assaults even happened in Bergmann’s classroom, according to the complaint.

The boy’s enraged father stormed into River Crest Elementary School with printouts of the conversations, authorities said.

When police searched Bergmann’s classroom, they allegedly found a folder in her bag with the victim’s name on it. The folder allegedly contained handwritten notes talking about how much they kissed.

Bergmann was supposed to get married in July — but the nuptials never happened. At the time, a friend told The Post that the accusations blindsided the groom-to-be, Sam Hickman.

A Missouri math teacher is likely headed to prison after admitting last week that she had sex with a 16-year-old student while other students served as her “lookouts” — and the boy’s dad still faces felony charges for allegedly condoning the disturbing relationship.

Hailey Clifton-Carmack, 26, was arrested in January after a student reported their illicit relationship to a school resource officer, then showed cops a photo of the scratches she left on her victim’s back.

On Friday, she pleaded guilty to sexual contact with a student, a charge that could imprison her for the next four years, according to the Daily Mail.

The plea deal let her avoid other serious charges, including statutory rape, child molestation and child endangerment.

The tartish teacher will now be on house arrest until her Oct. 11 sentencing, the outlet said.

The boy’s dad, Mark Creighton, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, since he allegedly knew about the affair but didn’t report it.

But that case is on hold until after Clifton-Carmack’s sentencing in Pulaski County, Missouri, according to the county’s prosecuting attorney, Kevin S. Hillman.

Clifton-Carmack’s plea is the latest turn in the sickening case, which began when a student witness reported the relationship between the teen and the Laquey High School math teacher last December.

The witness showed cops the photo of the victim’s torn-up back, which Clifton-Carmack allegedly mauled when the two had sex in the witness’s driveway.

The math teacher — a divorced mother of two — had gotten in trouble with school officials before for getting too close to the students, the witness added.

She also often wore revealing clothing, like low-cut shirts and tight leggings.

Clifton-Carmack denied the relationship when detectives caught up with her on Dec. 8, 2023.

Cops confiscated her phone, and eventually found text messages illuminating the risqué relationship, court documents said.

She took off just before Christmas, allegedly heading to Texas so she could visit family. But her roommates said she’d moved permanently and weren’t sure if she was coming back.

In January, the Garden Ridge Police Department arrested her in Comal County, Texas, and charged her with first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree statutory rape, sexual contact with a student, and fourth-degree child molestation.

Creighton, the boy’s dad, was also arrested in January on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child after another witness said they told the teen’s father about the teacher’s actions.

He simply said he knew about their sexual relationship, court documents said.

And he also knew that his son and the teacher used students to serve as lookouts — particularly when they had sex during school hours.

The man “knew of the relationship of his minor child and the 26-year-old teacher, and instead of reporting the information, he continued to cover for them and allowed the relationship to continue” and “even allowed Hailey to come over to his residence and see the victim while he was present,” prosecutors said.

He also reportedly told a witness he would lie for his son if he had to.

HUDSON, Wisconsin — A disgraced Wisconsin teacher accused of sexually assaulting her 11-year-old student claimed Thursday that the charges against her should be thrown out — because the preteen boy’s text messages weren’t specific enough about how they touched each other.
A judge disagreed, and said Madison Bergmann — who made headlines when she was accused of “making out” with the fifth-grader weeks before her wedding — must stand trial for charges that include first-degree child sex assault, child enticement and sexual misconduct by a school staff member.
Intimate text messages that the pair exchanged also emerged in court, in which the 24-year-old elementary school teacher allegedly said she wanted to “lick” the boy’s abs and that he enjoyed touching his chest.

Bergmann arrived at court flanked by her father. She was wearing braids in her hair, with a black top and light-colored pants.

She cried as she took the stand during a hearing on her defense team’s motion to dismiss the charges.
An attorney for Bergman read from her racy texts with the alleged victim — and argued that her behavior did not rise to the level of sexual assault because the boy used the word “chest” in describing their physical contact.

“The basis of this motion is that there’s not probable cause in the complaint, in one specific area,” attorney Joseph Tamburino told the court, “and that’s the area of ‘sexual contact of intimate part.'”
“Under Wisconsin statutes, there has to be touching of an intimate part in order for there to be sexual contact,” Tamburino argued. “What are those parts? The breast, buttocks, anus, groin, scrotum, penis, vagina, or pubic mound of a human being. The statute does not say it’s the ‘chest’ or the ‘chest area.'”
In one text, the 11-year-old allegedly wrote, “You were touching my chest a lot.” He argued that the word “chest” was not enough to charge Bergmann with sexual assault.

But in the end, the judge said, “It would be absurd to require a child to use the same language that the state legislature has chosen for our statues.”
Then the judge read more of the texts.
“I love having my hand on your chest. I could feel your heart beating so much haha” Bergmann allegedly wrote.
The boy allegedly replied “haha it was beating so fast. I was so surprised and I loved it because you just kept kissing me.”

“When everyone was cleaning after reading, I was standing at the front and you were too, and I touched your chest,” Bergmann allegedly wrote. “When I grabbed your shirt and I pulled you into me, oh my goodness…I want to lick your abs haha.”
The judge ruled that the word “chest” does not mean that the boy wasn’t assaulted.

Wisconsin teacher accused of ‘making out’ with 11-year-old-student allegedly traded 33K explicit texts with him

A disgraced Wisconsin teacher accused of sexually assaulting her 11-year-old student allegedly sent him more than 33,000 racy texts — some so explicit that the 23-year-old bowed her head in shame as they were read in open court on Monday.
During a preliminary hearing in St. Croix County Circuit Court, attorneys sparred over whether the evidence supported the 10 felony charges against Madison Bergmann, including first-degree child sex assault, child enticement and multiple counts of sexual misconduct by a school staff member.
During the hearing, school resource officer Traci Hall told the court that Bergmann and the victim exchanged the staggering number of texts in the early part of this year.

“There were approximately 33,000,” Hall told the court, adding that the relationship became more sexual and explicit as time went on.

Prosecutor Karl Anderson began reading from the texts, noting that things became X-rated on April 27.

“There’s a conversation about the victim being hard, and if she felt that during their hug,” he said. “Did she acknowledge that she felt it?”
“Yes,” Hall responded.
“What else did she say?” Anderson asked.
“That she would wear dresses more often because she liked how he touched her leg,” Hall responded.
“Does Ms. Bergmann ever allude to being sexually aroused in the text messages?” Anderson asked.
“She talks about being wet in the classroom,” Hall responded, as Bergmann looked downwards.

But attorneys for the teacher insisted that she has been overcharged, arguing the text messages alone were not sufficient to support five charges of sexual misconduct.
“There is never any language where she says ‘I want to have sex with you,” argued attorney Joseph Tamburino, “or that he says ‘I want you to do this with me.'”
“They talk a lot about kissing, and lips, and cheeks, and touching legs,” Tamburino continued. “They also talk about some sexual issues, obviously, about a woman’s body and a man’s body. But nothing like ‘this is what I want you to do to me,’ or ‘this is what I will do to you.'”
A judge disagreed, and found the text messages were admissible evidence of sexual misconduct on the part of Bergmann.
“It’s clear to me that the state has met its burden to find probable cause that the defendant has committed a felony,” the judge ruled in moving the case forward. “Clearly, there was probable cause presented by the detective today. The case is bound to go for trial.”

Transgender coach, rehired due to ‘transphobia’ concerns, resigns after porn video surfaces

Having sex with another man in a ski mask, smoking meth
A transgender high school tennis coach who, despite complaints of inappropriate behavior, was rehired due to concerns of “transphobia,” has now resigned after a pair of videos surfaced of him engaged in vulgar behavior.
David Yates (pictured), who goes by “Sasha,” got his job back via a 6-2 vote by the Gettysburg Area School District board last summer.
Yates had been dismissed after various complaints, including “changing in and ‘walking through’ the girls’ locker room,” and “talk[ing] to students about undergarment preferences and menstruation.”
But he later reapplied for his coaching position, and a solicitor recommended he be rehired — else the district could face a lawsuit.
Many in the local community favored Yates’ rehiring, claiming transphobia was behind his firing in the first place.
But as The Daily Wire reports today, many of Yates’ supporters now “have gone silent.”
That’s because board member Michelle Smyers received an email late last month containing a pair of videos along with the message “Thought you might find it interesting how your high school tennis coach spends her weekends.”
In one video, screenshots of which were reviewed by The Daily Wire, [Yates] appears to be smoking meth, with the assistance of a woman, and asks, “Am I a good meth whore?” In another, Yates — a middle-aged British man — is seen bent over a counter wearing a black bra and having sex with a man wearing a ski mask.

Smyers said that around the same time as the email, she received a text message from Yates’ number which said “I have information about Sasha Yates that you need to know.”
A follow-up text stated “This is Sasha Yates… I know what the video shows and I’m prepared to step down as Head Coach for tennis at the end of the girls season, which will be this Thursday.”
Yates declined to comment when contacted by The Daily Wire.
Smyers, one of the board who had voted against rehiring Yates, said other board members had “privately agreed that Yates should not work in a school, but they were afraid to say so publicly” out of fear of being labeled “intolerant.”
Smyers said she personally was called a “bigot,” “Nazi,” “KKKaren,” and “racist.”
Yates’ resignation officially took effect September 30 and cited “ongoing health reasons.” The district has yet to offer comment, and Smyers said she thinks officials never will apologize for keeping Yates employed.
“No, they won’t say a word,” she told Reduxx. “They are probably hoping I don’t say a word, and if I do they will chastise me and say this is a personnel issue and I shouldn’t talk about it.”

‘F–ked up’ married substitute teacher paid students, plied them with booze and pot for sex: cops

A married Missouri substitute teacher is charged with offering money, booze and pot to students in exchange for sex — including with one boy she slept with on a gravel road, according to police.

Carissa Jane Smith, 30, of Dixon, would pay off the students to keep quiet about the encounters, which occurred from August 2023 to September 2024, in return for sex or for allowing her to perform oral sex on them, according to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office.

One of the victims claimed that Smith, who has children, forced him to ejaculate inside her.

Clarissa Smith, 30, is charged with eight counts of statutory rape.
“That was f—ked up,” he told her, according to charging documents. She then allegedly offered him more money.

Smith, who formerly taught in the Dixon R-1 School District, would have sex with the students at various locations, including her home, on the side of the road or even on gravel roads, police said.

One young victim told police he was in middle school when Smith asked him to have sex.

The victim said he first met Smith while she was substitute teaching and gave him her Snapchat contact.

“Smith began sending them pictures of her breasts and buttocks, along with her nude in the shower,” according to court documents obtained by The Post.

The alleged predator then offered the student money in exchange for sex — but told him to keep his mouth shut.

“[The victim] stated Mrs. Smith told them not to talk about it or else they would get into trouble. Mrs. Smith stated, ‘You know you can’t talk about this with anybody?'” court documents said.

She would typically pay the students $100 to have sex with her or to let her perform oral sex on them but also paid them in alcohol and marijuana.

In one encounter, Smith smoked marijuana with the victim and Smith’s friend Lacey Beam — a former school nurse for the Dixon School District, according to the documents.

Smith dropped Beam off at her home and then took the boy to McDonald’s because her husband was at her home with their children, the docs said.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said she could face additional charges if more potential victims come forward.

Dixon R-1 School District Superintendent Travis Bohrer said in a letter to parents on Wednesday that the district learned of the allegations against Smith earlier this year, but was not able to comment as the investigation was ongoing.

The district cooperated with the sheriff’s office and the administrators conducted their own internal investigation.

“This is very disturbing and distressing information for everyone in our school community,” Bohrer said of Smith’s arrest, adding that the district has been in contact with families of the victims.

She was arrested Nov. 12 and is being held on a $250,000 bond.

She’s charged with eight counts of statutory rape; one count of sodomy; three counts of sexual contact with a student; two counts of sexual misconduct with a student; one count of patronizing prostitution; two counts of sexual trafficking a child; and two counts of hindering prosecution.
