AUSA Wolf stated that they were provided a classified briefing in relation to Mr. Morris and as a result we could no longer pursue him as a witness. Investigators probed AUSA Wolf, but since her briefing was classified and she was apparently sanitizing it to an unclassified form to share over an open phone line, she did not elaborate with more information. She reiterated more than once that they were summoned to the CIA in Langley concerning Mr. Morris, and that because of the information provided there, he could not be a witness for the investigation.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf ordered IRS staff to drop Kevin Morris from its witness list after an August 2021 meeting at CIA headquarters, according to testimony from IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley. It is not clear what the CIA told Wolf about Morris, who has spent at least $6.5 million on Hunter Biden’s legal fees, child support, and luxurious living arrangements in California.

It is no secret that the Biden family has a checkered history. Republicans have long accused Joe and members of his family of conducting bribery schemes. For years, Biden’s brothers have allegedly used his influence to secure deals.
But his son Hunter has frequently been named over major scandals involving foreign actors.
On top of this, Hunter is facing his own scandals and problems. He is currently facing a trial regarding a gun charge. Anything that hurts Hunt could end up hurting Biden and his shaky reelection campaign. And now, it looks like he might have been caught trying to undermine the upcoming trial.
President Biden met with Hallie Biden, the former wife of his late son. She was also a former lover of his other son, Hunter. Hallie will be testifying at Hunter’s ongoing gun trial. And Biden met with her just days before she is expected to appear in court.
The White House claims Joe Biden met with her to commemorate the passing of his son Beau. But it doesn’t seem like he’s done this in other years. Conveniently, he met with Hallie on the ninth anniversary of his son’s passing. Oh, yeah, and that happens to be before she might testify against his other son.
Anyone who’s been following Biden’s sordid family history will doubt the innocence of this visit. We do not know what he might have said to her. But there is a chance that he was trying to get her to go easy on Hunter.
A guilty verdict against a president’s son is very bad. It could pressure Hunter to take a plea deal that involves handing over information that hurts his father. At the very least, Donald Trump and Republicans will use it in campaign ads to further criticize Biden and his sketchy behavior.
