We certainly were, Xuxa, once upon a time. However, now if you don't have black or brown skin, it seems you're exempt from being hired for many state and fedgov jobs.
I forget the % of how many Africoon-Americoons hold federal j
bs in proportion to their population in the U.S. (12%-13%) but I recall it is excessive, perhaps 2 out of every 3 federal jobs being held by 'boons. I think Sickle Cell had the statistics posted once.
