Memphis, TN - Memphis Police have charged the man believed to be responsible for kidnapping his 41-year-old estranged wife, Annette Thomas, and killing her 49-year-old boyfriend, Willie Dobbs after a verbal altercation.

Immigrant advocate moves to Santa Rosa

Arriving in St. Helena from San Rafael last year, the 30-something Molina enthusiastically advocated for Latinos by organizing a protest of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's repeal of SB 60, a bill that would have allowed undocumented immigrants to obtain driver's licenses, and advocating cheap farmworker housing. In the process, she made many friends and stepped on a fair share of toes.
