A Georgia corrections officer is accused of soliciting sodomy from a mentally challenged man last month at a Wal-Mart in Henry County.
Police charged 44-year-old Kenneth Griffin for a December 11, 2004, in which he allegedly solicited and engaged in acts of sodomy with an adult male of diminished mental capacity.
