Goshen man wanted for sex crimes arrested in Texas

GOSHEN - A Goshen man indicted on sex charges against children, including rape, was arrested late Thursday in Texas.
Daryl Vogt, 39,
was arrested without incident about 10:50 p.m. at a home in Flower Mound, Texas. He was staying at the home with relatives, Goshen Police Detective Jeff Lacey said.
"He's been down in Texas for two weeks," Lacey said.
Vogt was indicted Wednesday in Clerm
nt County on more than 40 counts of sexual crimes against five boys, all younger than 15.
Police began an investigation last month after receiving a complaint from the parents of one of the chi
ldren.
