Nampa Police arrest Gustavo Sanchez Jr for accessory to murder and destruction of evidence
NPD says the charges are related to the murder of 21-year-old Fabion Angel Delagarza on February 10, 2024. The murder occurred in the 2000 block of 5th Street North around 1 a.m. NPD believes the murder was gang related.
Dispatch received multiple 911 calls about shots heard in the area. NPD officers arrived at the scene and found Delagarza deceased from gunshot wounds. Nampa Police detectives identified Sanchez Jr. who was arrested on May 8, 2024.
NPD confirms that more arrests a possibly coming.
