Man Arrested for 1989 Quadruple Murder in Norfolk Will Not Stand Trial

There are new developments Thursday in the case of a quadruple murder in Norfolk that happened in 1989.
Police, who had been searching since 1990, finally found suspect Daniel Brown last November in New York and arrested him for killing Sean Kendricks, Roverto Delgado, Edward Delgado a
d Llewellyn John 14 years ago.
But WAVY News 10 has learned Brown will not be extradited back to Norfolk to face charges.
The reason: insufficient evidence.
According to the Norfolk Co

wealth's Attorney, one key witness is dead and two others are in prison and won't talk.
Because of this, prosecutors say they
can no longer pursue the case against Brown.
