Police seek suspect in "contact" incident

WASHINGTON TWP. -- An unidentified man lured a Target employee into a bathroom on Oct. 13 and engaged in criminal sexual contact.
The man then asked the same male employee to follow him to his vehicle in the parking lot and tried to again initiate sexual contact, but this time the victim was able to flee, police said.
The incident occurred at about 4:49 p.m. Police have exhausted several leads trying to find the man and are hoping someone knows who he is.
The man is described as a black male with cornrows in his hair and a thin beard. He has a large build, was wearing a diamond in his left ear and was wearing tan work boots, blue jeans and a striped, long-sleeved shirt, said police.
The man was in a green, newer model Chevrolet Tahoe SUV with custom chrome rims
and a blue-and-white handicapped hang tag on the rearview mirro
