Man Pleads Guilty In Eagan Rape Case
Picture at link.
After seeing this story, at another "news" source, for the first time, I almost did not pursue it because of the name: George H. Merrida IV. Gorge sounds White, Merrida could have been Spanish, and the "V just does not seem something a nigger would have at the end of his name because what are the odds that two generations of niggers would actually know who their father was?
Also the fact this was a very White part of the country made of falsy believe that it could have been a White man. But, lets face it, it is the niggers MO to visit the victions place first "needing to use the phone".

(WCCO) Hastings, Minn. A 23-year-old man was sentenced to six years in prison for breaking into an Eagan, Minn. woman's apartment and raping her, attor
neys said.
George H. Merrida IV pleaded guilty Thursday to criminal sexual conduct and burglary in the October 2004 assault, the Dakota County Attorney's Office said.
Merrida was accused of breaking into the 18-year-old victim's apartment and attacking her in her sleep.
The victim woke up during the attack, attorneys said. The assault ended when the victim's phone rang and Merrida left the apartment.
Attorneys said the victim immediately called 911, and police soon found Merrida leaving a nearby building wearing an outfit matching the victim's description.
Merrida was arrested lat

hat
day after a search turned up drugs in his car. Merrida was later charged with a controlled substance crime; attorneys said he also pleaded guilty to that charge on Thursday.
DNA evidence eventually connected Merrida to the rape case, attorneys said.
The victim's sister, who lived in t
he same apartment where the assault took place, told police Merrida had come to the apartment about a month before the attack and asked to use the phone.
Merrida admitted to visiting the apartment but denied involvement in the attack before his guilty plea Thursday.
Judge Leslie Metzen sentenced Merrida Thursday to 72 months in prison with a five-year conditional release. Merrida was also ordered to register as a predatory offender and provide a DNA sample to the state.
