Have you seen this creep?
A 71-year-old woman suffered a fractured left elbow after being assaulted in Midtown this week.
The ugly episode occurred Tuesday around 5:50 p.m., police said.
The senior citizen was walking in front of the Moxy NYC Times Square Hotel on Seventh Avenue, near Herald Square when the suspect bumped into her — and then assaulted her, cops said.
“He said, ‘Get out of my way!’, picked her up and then slammed her to the ground,” an NYPD spokeswoman said.

The brazen bad guy — described as a man in his 30s with a dark complexion and medium build – then ran off without taking anything, cops said. The victim went to the hospital “by private means,” authorities said.

The suspect was last seen wearing a light colored jacket, light blue jeans, black sneakers and burgundy hat, police said.

The NYPD on Saturday released a surveillance video and photo of the suspect obtained from the crime scene.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
