School band instructor pleads not guilty to sodomy

A well-known Lexington music teacher and part-time Lexington Academy band and orchestra instructor pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges of using a minor in a sexual performance and third-degree sodomy.
Charles F. Little Jr., 55, was arrested and charged with the felonies Monday night.
Police Sgt. Jesse Harris said the allegations date to 1984. The alleged victim, a male, is about 35 now; he was 14 or 15 when the relationship started between the two of them. The accuser was not Little
