Democratic Delegate, Ana Sol Gutierrez, wants multicultural sensitivity training for workers because she says there has been a swelling of anti-immigrant attitudes in the state capital during the 2004 legislative session. The proposed training comes one week after a controversial anti-Islam essay was e-mailed by a delegate. The essay was written by Republican Delegate Don Dwyer's 8th grade nephew, but Dwyer then e-mailed the essay to the entire General Assembly using a government computer. The essay included the conclusion that Islam is a "mili
