Suspected Serial Rapist at Large

The suspect is described as a young man between 17 and 20 years old. He's thin, about 5-foot seven-inches tall with dark skin. He was wearing a dark baseball cap, a black shirt, frayed blue jeans and black Nike sneakers. The police say they're dealing with a serial rapist, the kind of predator who gets progressively bolder and more violent.
