Two Suisun City men charged with rape and sexual assault of two minors

FAIRFIELD (KRON) — Two Suisun City men were arraigned on Friday afternoon, charged with having sex with a minor and raping an unconscious victim, according to the Solano County District Attorney’s Office.
The FBI and Suisun City police arrested the men on Wednesday after a two-week investigation. Authorities received a report from one of the two alleged victims, who are 14 and 15 years old, police said.
Both victims were gang-raped in separate instances, according to police.
Rashad Perkins-Stovall, 19, and Carlos Banda Brown, 27, were booked in the Solano County Jail under $300,000 bail.
