Not only drugs in his system, Neeley had "Blood condition, exertion" also "Sickle Cell" was on the whiteboard, the exertion exacerbated Neeley into a SICKLE CELL CRISIS. When that occurs the sickle shaped red blood cell cannot carry 4 molecules of Oxygen.
