Fifteen-Year-Old Faces Rape Charge
A Vicksburg teen facing rape charges will make his first court appearance Wednesday afternoon. Vicksburg police say they arrested 15-year-old Jonnie C. Ross around seven thirty Tuesday night..
Ross was wanted in the investigation into the rape of a nine-year-old girl, and has been charged with rape as an adult. His bond is set at fifty thousand dollars.
Ross will be arraigned in Vicksburg Municipal Court Wednesday afternoon at four.
