Police have identified three suspects in the armed robbery of a woman delivering pizza in Delaware over the weekend.

Dover Police said an investigation into Saturday's robbery along the 200 block of N State Street in Dover led to an encounter with a vehicle believed involved in the crime.

As officers tried to stop the car Saturday night, the driver fled on foot and got away, said investigators. Based on evidence in the car, named the suspects as 25-year-old George Wilson, 18-year-old Isaiah Harber and 18-year-old Donnell Cuffee, all of Dover. The trio is charged with robbery and conspiracy. Cuffee also faces resisting arrest and reckless driving charges.

Shortly before 10 p.m. Saturday, a delivery driver had just made a delivery when three men approached her, said police. One man said he had a gun and demanded money. The driver gave the men cash, and they fled in a maroon hatchback that police later recovered.

Luckily the victim wasn't hurt.

Police asked anyone with information on the suspects to contact police at (302) 736-7111, send a tip online or use the Dover Police Department MyPD Mobile App.
