I thought you might be interested to know about a murder that took place in Peoria, Illinois. The woman's body was found at 1321 Martin Luther King Drive in Peoria. The decedent was one Carla Spires, age 45. It seems that someone had slashed her throat. There are items covering the murder on two of the local Peoria tv stations, Week tv and Whoi tv. A day after the body was found, police arrested one Victor Russell for the murder. It appears that Victor Russell and the victim had been intimately involved, and Carla Spires was white and Victor Russell is black. Victor Russell has a very lengthy arrest record. The Week website has videos which display the picture of MS. Spires and the Whoi website has a picture of Victor Russell.
