Federal agents with the Department of Homeland Security and other law enforcement officials raided rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs Los Angeles and Miami homes on Monday as part of an ongoing investigation.
“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available,” HSI shared with The Epoch Times in a statement.
Federal agents were reportedly authorized to carry out their search of the 54-year-old’s properties via warrants issued by a Manhattan federal court.

The Epoch Times reached out to a representative for Mr. Combs for comment but a response was not received by the time of publication.

Sexual Assault Allegations

Mr. Combs has been the subject of several sexual assault allegations in recent months.

In February, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a $30 million lawsuit in New York federal court claiming the embattled hip-hop mogul “forcibly touched and attempted and/or threatened to touch” the music producer’s “intimate areas,” among other shocking allegations, according to the complaint.

In November 2023, Mr. Combs and Casandra Ventura settled a lawsuit filed by the R&B singer, who goes by the name Cassie, which included allegations of exploitation, abuse, and mistreatment.

According to a statement, an agreement was reached “to their mutual satisfaction.” However, the terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support,” Ms. Ventura said in a statement, per NPR.

“We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love,” said Mr. Combs.
Following Ms. Ventura’s lawsuit filing, two other women, Liza Gardner and Joie Dickerson-Neal, filed lawsuits against Mr. Combs, alleging he sexually assaulted them. A woman, identified in court documents as Jane Doe, also claimed that Mr. Combs and two other men sexually assaulted her when she was just 17 years old. Ms. Doe asserted the rapper was 34 at the time of the alleged assault.
In the wake of the allegations, Mr. Combs issued a statement saying: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
A spokesperson for Mr. Combs told NBC News: “The claims involving alleged misconduct against Mr. Combs from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute are all completely denied and rejected by him. He recognizes this as a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for accusers who will falsify the truth, without conscience or consequence, for financial benefit.”
“The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited for improper purposes,” the statement continued. “The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these unsubstantiated allegations.”

Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami were raided Monday as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation, according to Fox News.
The raid was made by Homeland Security Investigations in the Holmby Hills area of the city, according to Fox, who said it had witnessed federal agents going into the home.
The network also cited sources saying a Miami home owned by record label boss Diddy – real name Sean Combs – was also raided Monday.

Homes of Sean 'Diddy' Combs searched by federal officials, sources say

A source said the music mogul is a subject of a federal investigation after three women and a man were interviewed in relation to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms.

LOS ANGELES — Sean "Diddy" Combs is a subject of a federal investigation amid a wave of lawsuits filed against the rap music mogul since November, a source familiar with the matter told NBC News on Monday.
Three women and a man have been interviewed by federal officials in Manhattan in relation to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms, the source familiar with the investigation said. Interviews with three other subjects are also scheduled, the source said.

Four law enforcement sources told NBC News that federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations on Monday executed search warrants at the Los Angeles and Miami properties belonging to Combs. The sources said the warrant is out of the Southern District of New York.
HSI confirmed in a statement that it "executed law enforcement actions" in New York as part of an ongoing investigation, along with teams in Los Angeles and Miami.
Homeland Security officials seized phones from Combs in Miami before he was scheduled to depart for a trip to the Bahamas, according to three law enforcement sources familiar with the warrant service. Combs was in the Miami area when authorities executed the searches, sources said. It is not clear if Combs made the trip as planned.
Representatives for Combs, 54, did not immediately respond to NBC News’ request for comment.
News of a federal investigation comes after public scrutiny of Combs’ behavior after his former romantic partner, Cassie, accused him of physically and sexually abusing her for years. She made the allegations in a lawsuit filed in New York under the New York Adult Survivors Act, which offered a one-year window for adult victims of sexual assault to come forward with civil claims regardless of statute of limitations.

Cassie, whose full name is Casandra Ventura, settled with Combs on Nov. 17, the day after it was filed on terms that have not been disclosed.
Since then, three other women have come forward with lawsuits in the Southern District of New York alleging that they were sexually assaulted by Combs. Two of the women alleged they were teenagers at the time of the assaults.
Douglas Wigdor, who represents Ventura and a Jane Doe who filed suit, said in a statement that this was hopefully the beginning of a process that “will hold Mr. Combs responsible for his depraved conduct.”

“We will always support law enforcement when it seeks to prosecute those that have violated the law,” Wigdor said.
An attorney for Joi Dickerson-Neal, one of Combs' accusers, declined to comment to NBC News.
Combs has denied each of the sexual assault allegations, calling them “sickening.”
A producer who worked for Combs between September 2022 and November 2023 filed a lawsuit in February alleging that Combs sexually harassed, drugged and threatened him more than a year. The former employee, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, also alleged that he had video and audio evidence of Combs, his staff and others “engaging in serious illegal activity.”
Jones' attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, also represents Combs' accuser Liza Gardner. Blackburn said Monday that the federal investigation will not "prevent nor delay my clients’ pending and forthcoming actions for justice and resolution from the Combs RICO Enterprise.”
Shawn Holley, an attorney for Combs, denied Jones’ allegations and said that Combs’ team has “overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies.”
Combs has had a number of legal issues in the past, but has rarely faced criminal charges.
In 1999, Combs pleaded guilty to assaulting a record executive and was ordered to one day of anger management. That same year, Combs was accused of criminal possession of a weapon after a shooting at a New York nightclub.
Witnesses told law enforcement they saw Combs with a firearm at the club, but it was rapper Shyne, real name Moses Barrow, who witnesses said fired into the crowd. Combs was pulled over by police in a vehicle with then-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez, and a gun was found in the car. Combs was acquitted of weapons and bribery charges while Shyne was found guilty of the club shooting at trial.
Since Ventura's suit and others have come forward accusing Combs of assault, the music mogul has been the center of scrutiny. He stepped down from his position as chairman of media network Revolt and Hulu pulled back from a planned reality series centered on his family.

FBI set to widen Diddy sex probe over claims rapper boasted about shooting people, bribing jurors and using J.Lo as gun mule

Almost 25 years ago, just after 2:30 am on a cold winter night, three NYPD detectives were called to the Midtown North precinct.

Rap impresario Sean Combs, then known as Puffy, his girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez, his bodyguard, Anthony “Wolf” Jones, and rapper Jamal “Shyne” Barrow, had been arrested following a shooting inside a Times Square club that wounded three bystanders.

The cops found Lopez, then 30, cuffed in “the cage.” Combs was also in the station house on West 54th Street, his plans for a spectacular celebration of the new millennium a few days later temporarily on hold.

Jennifer Lopez and Diddy, then known as Puff Daddy, dated for almost two years and were both arrested after the infamous shooting in Dec. 1999 at Club New York.

Now the events of that night and the sensational trial which followed it in early 2001 are back in the spotlight.

Two law enforcement sources tell The Post that the infamous shooting and the trial could possibly be re-investigated as part of a sweeping federal probe into Combs, now 54 and called Diddy — whose past includes more than one mysterious shooting.

On Monday, Homeland Security agents swarmed Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami in raids which law enforcement sources told The Post were prompted by sex-trafficking allegations.

“They got eyes on him in Miami and the feds are talking to witness after witness,” New York criminal defense attorney Michael Discioarro who is familiar with the case told The Post.

“They’re corroborating everything they can. But everything past and present is on the table with Mr. Diddy right now.”

The federal agents stormed into Diddy’s homes one month after Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed an explosive lawsuit claiming the music mogul repeatedly sexually assaulted him from September 2022 to November 2023 while Jones was a producer and videographer for the billionaire.

Jones compared Combs to Jeffrey Epstein and accused the mogul of groping his genitals, grooming him into having sex and forcing him to procure sex workers, strippers and drugs.

His suit came less than three months after Diddy settled an explosive lawsuit alleging sexual violence filed by his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, alleged that Diddy ran an Epstein-like operation involving sexual assault, human trafficking, and blackmail with hidden cameras that captured high-profile names in entertainment, politics and sports in homosexual acts and other compromising positions.

Jones alleged in his suit that Diddy was violent, threatened to “to eat” his face, brandished guns — and most pointedly, was often “bragging about bribing witnesses, and jurors in the criminal case concerning the 1999 NYC nightclub shooting with Shyne.”

The shooting stemmed from an argument between Diddy and a Brooklyn thug named Matthew Allen who was nicknamed “Scar.”

But Diddy, his bodyguard Anthony Jones and “Shyne” Barrow endured a 7-week trial in February and March 2001 — which ended with Diddy and Jones walking free and Barrow, then 21, being convicted on assault and gun possession sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Mystery still surrounds the Club New York shooting, especially for former detective Parker, who left the so-called “Hip Hop Cop” squad at the NYPD and is now a into private investigator.

Diddy has been dogged for years by rumors that he made Shyne — now known as Moses Michael Levi Barrow and who is the Opposition Leader of the House of Representatives in Belize — take the fall for the incident.

“The story was that Puff was flossing which is what they call someone on the streets who’s throwing money around and acting like a big shot,” Parker said.

“Scar felt disrespected because he felt he was as important as Puff and words were exchanged and then bullets started flying.”

Shots were fired and Lopez and Diddy fled the club after the shooting in a Lincoln Navigator. Diddy’s driver Wardel Fenderson later said that he blew past several red lights as they careened down 43rd Street and onto Eighth Avenue, weaving past two police cars.

“Shyne busted off! Shyne busted off in the air!” Fenderson quoted Lopez as saying — before cops pulled them over.

Former NYPD Det. Derrick Parker told The Post how in the precinct, “Her mother was yelling at J.Lo in Spanish and she was really mad at Jennifer. I heard her say, I told you not to get involved with (him.)”

Lopez was released from custody without being charged after 14 hours in jail.

Natania Reuben, who was one of the three victims in the club shooting, has long insisted that Combs shot her in the face.

“I literally watched them pull out the guns, I had a clear point of view. I mean, for God’s sake, I got shot in my nose,” Reuben said during an appearance on NewsNation’s “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” Thursday.

“I watched everything occur and have described it, vehemently to all parties involved. I have nine bullet fragments remaining in my face.”

Natania Reuben, who was hit by a bullet at Club New York when the fight broke out between Diddy’s entourage and a thug named Scar, claims that it was Diddy who shot her in the face. He denies it. Staff
Jones, in his lawsuit, claims that Diddy openly bragged about committing the shooting and bribing witnesses and jurors to secure his acquittal.

“Mr. Combs shared that he was responsible for the shooting in the nightclub in New York,” Jones alleged.

He also alleges that Diddy bragged about using Lopez to smuggle the gun into the club.

“He shared that artist, and Mr. Combs’ girlfriend at the time, Jennifer Lopez, aka, J.Lo carried the gun into the club for him and passed him the gun after he got into an altercation with another individual,” Jones alleges.

Diddy, through attorneys, has denied Jones’ allegations. His attorney called the federal raids “a witchhunt” and slammed the “military-level force” used.

Diddy was backed this week by Glen Beck, who was working security at the club that night, and is now a martial arts expert who works with Deadly Art of Survival magazine.

Beck testified at the 2001 trial but told The Post that it appeared the prosecution was hell-bent on nailing Diddy and therefore did not ask him about Barrow, aka “Shyne.”

He called Jones’ claims “bulls–t” and said, “We knew Scar. We knew Shyne. He was a wild kid from Brooklyn.”

Beck said that just as the fight was brewing between Diddy and Scar, Shyne ran out of the club and returned a few minutes later without being searched by security.

“That’s when the shooting began,” he said. “Then right after we heard shots ring out, Shyne ran out the side door of the club that was attached to a hotel.

“He came flying out the doors and was immediately arrested by two cops who were outside and had heard the shots inside.”

Barrow admitted at trial that he pulled out a gun and fired during the fracas and, so far, has not accused Diddy of making him take the fall for him.

The Post was unable to reach Barrow in his native Belize.

Beck also disputed that Lopez could have been used as a drug mule and said, “I remember how well she was dressed that night and she’s very slim, she’s not going to be hiding a gun in that outfit.”

The Post has reached out to Lopez for comment.

But the 1999 shooting is not the only one likely to be re-examined by federal investigators.

Jones also alleged that Diddy lied about his and his son Justin Combs’ role in a 2022 shooting at the Chalice recording studio in Los Angeles in which a friend of Justin known only as “G” was hit twice.

A photo of Justin Combs in a white T-shirt with a thick necklace. 19

Jones claims that he was present at the Chalice shooting which he said occurred at a recording “camp” in the studio where Diddy, Justin and “G” got into a “heated conversation” then moved into a restroom where shots rang out .

Photos in Jones’ lawsuit show what purportedly was the bloody aftermath of the shooting in the bathroom. Jones said he stepped in to help “G” who was bleeding out and took him outside to an ambulance.

“Mr. Combs gave strict instructions to inform the police that he had nothing to do with the shooting,” Jones alleged.

“He also forced Mr. Jones to lie to the police by telling them that G was shot standing outside the studio by a drive-by assailant.”

The LAPD did not return numerous calls from The Post but a police spokesman told NBC News that three people were arrested two months later and accused of a series of robberies throughout LA, including the shooting of “G.” Police said “G” had told them he was shot in a struggle with attempted robbers.

Jones also alleged that Diddy’s head of security, Faheem Muhammad, who was once head of security for Michael Jackson, is a powerful fixer with connections in the LAPD who, Jones claimed, “had the power to make people and problems disappear.”

Management at Chalice, where Diddy has recorded multiple times, declined comment Friday.

Diddy, however, is not without other defenders.

Barrow, who is now the opposition leader in Belize.
But Diddy, his bodyguard Anthony Jones and “Shyne” Barrow endured a seven-week trial in February and March 2001 — which ended with Diddy and Jones walking free and Barrow, then 21, being convicted on assault and gun possession and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Mystery still surrounds the Club New York shooting, especially for former NYPD Detective Derrick Parker, who left the so-called “Hip Hop Cop” squad at the NYPD and is now a private investigator.

19
Faheem Muhammad, Diddy’s chief of security, was a mastermind fixer with connections at the LAPD, Rodney Jones alleged in his lawsuit against Diddy.
Jones also alleged that Diddy’s head of security, Faheem Muhammad, who was once head of security for Michael Jackson, is a powerful fixer with connections in the LAPD who, Jones claimed, “had the power to make people and problems disappear.”
Spook black, Faheem Muhammed, however, it is odd given those fixit connections that he is not named in Jones' lawsuit. Owner of Oasis, he is a very wealthy USA land real estate wheeler dealer teaching blacks to build generational wealth & wealth mgmt.
He also runs trade schools for blacks through Oasis, buy property/land, run the schools.
Time will tell.

NOT named in articles that I found, however, named repeatedly in Jones' lawsuit as a high level defendant is:

The other interesting character Jones' lawsuit alleges is Lucian Grainge, British Jew, powerful music executive and the money connections to P Diddy and his number of late night bedroom spending hours of private time behind closed doors with P Diddy.
Grainge grew up in a Jewish family in North London.[7]
Sir Lucian Charles Grainge CBE (born 29 February 1960) is a British record executive who has served as the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Universal Music Group since 2010.[1][2][3] Beginning as an A&R staffer in the late 1970s, Grainge has worked in the music industry his entire career.[4] Billboard magazine named Grainge as the most powerful person in the music business on four occasions in the 2010s, and was named the inaugural Executive of the Decade in 2020.[5][6]

  • Biden’s proclamation reversed Trump’s policy that barred entry to the U.S. for refugees and residents from seven predominantly Muslim countries and orders plans within 45 days for resuming visa processing.
  • Undocumented immigrants will be counted in the national decennial population count, according to Biden’s order, which overturned Trump’s attempt to exclude them during the 2020 census.
  • Biden’s memorandum blocked the deportation of Liberian refugees living in the U.S., reinstating the deferment of their enforced departure granted by the Bush and Obama administrations.
  • Mayorkas' DACA -- Biden reaffirmed DACA, an Obama-era program that Trump had long sought to dismantle that shielded undocumented immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children from deportation.
  • Biden repealed the ban on transgender people serving openly in the military and ordered the defense secretary to “immediately prohibit involuntary separations, discharges and denials of reenlistment or continuation of service on the basis of gender identity or under circumstances relating to their gender identity.”

1 Shyne did 10 years in prison and took the fall as P Diddy's patsy. Shyne is still a criminal even though he took the fall for Diddy. Shyne's father is the Prime Minister of Belize.

Dean Barrow, Belize's Prime Minister and Shyne's father, sent a petition to New York Governor David Paterson asking Patterson to pardon his son.[61]
Upon his early release in 2009 from his 10-year prison sentence, the Belize native was deported to his homeland as a non-citizen felon.[29]

On February 16, 2010, Shyne signed a seven-figure deal with Def Jam Records.[77]

Exercise increased caution in Belize due to crime. Some areas have increased risk. Please read the entire Travel Advisory.
Country Summary: Violent crime – such as sexual assault, home invasions, armed robberies, and murder – are common even during daylight hours and in tourist areas. A significant portion of violent crime is gang related. Due to high crime, travelers are advised to exercise caution while traveling to the south side of Belize City. Local police lack the resources and training to respond effectively to serious criminal incidents. Most crimes remain unresolved and unprosecuted.

U.S. citizens should avoid traveling to Belize City. Historically much of the violent crime in Belize occurs in the Southside of Belize City and is gang related.
  • Be aware of your surroundings.
  • Avoid walking or driving at night.
  • Do not physically resist any robbery attempt.
  • Be extra vigilant when visiting banks or ATMs.
  • Do not display signs of wealth, such as wearing expensive watches or jewelry.
