Palermo Paralyzed as Negro Dances on the Roof of a Bus
A vast incident team consisting of police and firefighters are in attendance as a negro blocks traffic by dancing on the roof of a bus. The obvious expedients of shooting him down, knocking him down or just driving the bus away with him on it were ruled out for human rights reasons. Being compelled to take a more delicate approach, it took about half an hour for them to solve this particular negro problem.
When the African eventually came down, he was charged with interruptoing a public service and disobedience to a public official. Then he was taken back to his asylum seeker home where he will continue to live at the expense of the Italian taxpayer.
