Local Rapper Wanted
November 19, 2004 --Police in Wilmington have issued an arrest warrant for 24-year-old Dwayne Perkins.
He's wanted for the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl.
Police say Perkins is a local rap artist who frequents clubs in the Wilmington area.
The 14-year-old accuser told police Perkins lured her into a house where he sexually assaulted her and held her until the following morning.
