EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Authorities on Tuesday arrested a man suspected of causing a dog’s death by setting it on fire outside an East Cleveland apartment complex.
East Cleveland detectives and U.S. marshals arrested the 27-year-old man on Silsby Road near Ashurst Road in University Heights, police said.
