A jury says a Wilmington man is guilty of terrorizing restaurant customers at gunpoint, but his lawyers says, the case isn't over.
Donquill Suell is identified as the man behind the mask of a series of robberies throughout Wilmington. The 24-year-old was found guilty Wednesday of 13 counts of armed robbery.

Suell will spend the next 60-72 years in prison, a sentence that left his sister in disbelief.
Suell's former teacher plead with the jury and the judge from the witness stand, asking that they spare Suell some years of a normal life.
Even though his client is convicted of 13 serious felonies, defense attorney Russell Davis vows, this isn't the final answer.
"He understands that there are things to appeal, he has hope about that," Davis says. "I feel they're very appealable, and I think the results will be different."
Suell has been taken into custody by authorities, where he will sit unmasked, behind bars.
The judge did declare a mistrial on the five remaining charges that deal with the Domino's
Pizza and the attempted bank robbery. Suell's lawyer plans to appeal the other 13 convictions.
