PHILADELPHIA (KYW 1060) Philadelphia police are looking for a teenage suspect who exposed himself to a six-year-old boy inside a bathroom of the John B. Kelly Elementary School earlier this week.
And police are asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect.
Special Victims Unit captain John Darby says the first grader was walking in a first-floor hallway on Tuesday morning when his ordeal began:
"He is encountered by a male in the hallway who literally grabs the little boy and takes him into a bathroom. And inside a stall inside a bathroom, he exposes himself to the little boy and tells him to perform a sexual act on him.&quo

But, Capt. Darby says, the boy struggled and fled, there was no sexual contact, and the boy ran to a teacher.
The teacher temporaily detained a suspect, who then escaped and fled, possibly
on a red, ten-speed bike.

s described as black with a dark complexion, about 5' 8" tall, thin, 16 to 18 years old. He was wearing tan pants, a white t-shirt and a black baseball cap with a black "N" on it.
