Tampa kidnapping case cracked
A 4-year-old was returned home safely less than 24 hours after being kidnapped.
Tampa police said they arrested 38-year-old Thomas Watson after pulling him over and finding the 4-year-old he allegedly kidnapped in his car.
Investigators said during an argument with his girlfriend, Watson threatened to take the child from her. A witness reported seeing Watson leaving the home with the child Saturday night.
Watson is being held without bond.
