Police officials are searching for a New Orleans East man who allegedly raped a 17-year-old Gentilly girl.
According to NOPD spokeswoman Jonette Williams, 20-year-old Tony Gaines sexually assaulted the teen victim on November 15, 2003, in the 2700 block of North Tonti Str
