KENT COUNTY, Del. - Delaware State Police said Friday they're seeking a suspect in connection with a drug distribution investigation in Kent County.
A major drug seizure was made Thursday on the 3000 Block of Barratt's Chapel Road. State police said they went there as part of an ongoing investigation and executed a search warrant.
There, state police said, they found 112 pounds of marijuana, digital scales and packaging materials.
While investigators were at the scene, 33-year-old John Harmon returned home in a Ford SUV, but he failed to comply with a traffic sto
