HOUSTON -- A woman on Mesones Drive has become the latest victim in a driveway robbery spree that has residents of the Mission Bend Subdivision living in fear.
According to Fort Bend County Sheriff's deputies, the woman was leaving her car to go inside her home when she noticed a white car drive past her residence and park at the end of the block.
After she got out of her car, the victim said the suspect got out of the parked car and ran towards her. She said the suspect threatened her with a handgun, struck her in the face forcing her to the ground, then stole her purse.
The suspect fled to the waiting car which drove away. <

The suspect is described as a thin, black male, in his early 20s. He was last seen wearing a black do-rag style hat, blue t-shirt and blue jeans. There was also a second suspect in the car, but th
e woman didn't see him.

t was driving a white 4-door car, possibly a Chevy Malibu.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers at 281- 342-TIPS. A $1,000 cash reward is available for information leading to the arrest of the suspects in this case.
