Dalton Sentenced

A 49-year-old woman is sentenced to more than 150 years in prison on 16 felony sex offenses and three misdemeanors involving three children.
Kathy Dalton was convicted by a jury in February.
Yesterday the Oxford woman was sentenced to consecutive terms of 25 years each on three felony counts of first-degree rape and first-degree course of conduct against a child.
The judge also sentenced her to 5 to 15 year terms for three counts each of use of a child in a sexual performance, plus shorter terms on
the other charges.
The 49-year-old and her husband, 52-year-old Lee Dalton, were arrested in April 2003 for incidents police say dated
back to 1997.
The children were all under the age of
10
t the time of the assaults.
Lee Dalton pleaded guilty to first-degree r
ape and was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
