Jefferson County — This week's On The Run fugitive is a man with a long rap sheet of crime in Jefferson County.
He's Jonathan Kneeland, he's accused of assault, burglary and robbery. Jefferson County Sheriff Zena Stephens says Kneeland has already been convicted of robbery, but needs to be taken into custody.
