LEE COUNTY, Fla. — A Fort Myers man is being charged with first-degree murder after reports say he sold laced fentanyl to a woman who overdosed in Dec. of 2022.

On July 14th, State Attorney Amira Fox announced a Lee County Grand Jury indicted Joshua Robert Pulley, 30, on the murder charge for the unlawful distribution of fentanyl and sale or delivery of a controlled substance.

The Fort Myers Police Department arrested Pulley on Thursday night. Police say he is facing more charges after narcotics and firearms were found in his home on Omni Lane.

The indictment said Pulley sold 37-year-old Kerrin Elisha Saunders the deadly drugs.
