May 27 court date set for man charged in Wrigleyville shooting
May 11, 2004 --The man accused of killing a baseball fan near Wrigley Field last week is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on May 27th.
Rodrigo Caballero is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 26-year-old Frank Hernandez.
Hernandez was shot in the chest last Thursday during a traffic dispute outside The Cubby Bear lounge less than two hours after a Chicago Cubs game.
Caballero is being held without bail.
