The CofCC is co-sponsoring a Confederate rally and Jeff Davis birthday commemoration on June 26th at 1:30 PM on the north side of the statehouse in Columbia, SC.
This will mark the ten year anniversary of the so-called “compromise” with the NAACP. The NAACP immediately reneged on their end and now demand a complete removal of all
The South Carolina held marches and rallies all over the state for seven years leading up to the “compromise.” For most of that time, we were the only group that was publicly defending the flag.
There will be speakers, including veterans of the 90′s flag fight.
