NEW ORLEANS -- New Orleans police have issued arrest warrants for two men in two separate sexual assaults.
Johnson is described as a black man, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 240 pounds with a heavy build, brown eyes, black hair and dark skin.
Carter is described as black, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 120 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
