Dog found bleeding, man facing cruelty charges

KILLEEN - A Killeen man is facing charges after Police say he beat a dog because it allegedly snapped at him.

Neighbors called police after hearing dog cries early Tuesday morning. Officers say the dog showed no aggression and was bleeding when they arrived on the scene.

Temoris Marquis Johnson is facing a felony charge of cruelty to animals

Animal Control officers confiscated the dog.
