A 33-year-old Rochester she-nigger has been arrested for failure to provide sustenance to a six-year-old female Rottweiler. Love Jackson is charged with starving a dog to death.
In February, Humane Society cruelty investigators responded to a report of a deceased dog at Jackson’s home. There they found drag marks from the garage leading to an emaciated body next to garbage cans.
Lollypop Farm Chief Veterinarian Andy Newmark performed a necropsy and determined the dog died from starvation. "Starvation is a slow, painful death," said Newmark. "This dog suffered for an extended period of time due to lack of food or care."
Jackson was arraigned March 17. A preliminary hearing is set for April 16.
The misdemeanor animal cruelty charge can lead to a possible sentence of one year in jail and/or a $1,000 fine.
