KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Prosecutors filed first-degree murder and armed criminal action charges against a 31-year-old man in the shooting death of a friend.
They alleged Francisco G. Cutrera shot and killed Daniel J. Hiltner, 35, of Kansas City.
An argument at a party on Friday led to the shooting Saturday, according to police.

fan, was found on his front porch at 10th and Elmwood with a gunshot wound to his side. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
A witness told police that Cutrera told her hours before the shooting that he was going to kill Hiltner, a court document stated.
He allegedly said, according to that document,
"I wanted to say goodbye and I love you before I go to prison."
Cutrera also allegedly added, "You can tell the police that if Daniel dies, it was premeditated murder."
Cutrera turned himself in to authorities early Sunday morning.
Hiltner left a sister and four brothers behind.
